In CGT: Card Game Traders, you'll dive into a world of high-stakes collecting, where the goal is to amass the most valuable collection of cards from famous trading card games. See, in each game, you'll help create the "Meta", a unique economy that dictates the value of each card. With seven different cards and 24 distinct abilities that can change the game, every playthrough is a fresh challenge. As you take your turn, you'll play a card from your hand, increasing its value and unlocking its special ability. This ability might boost the card's value even further or give you an edge in the market. Then, you'll get to buy new cards from the market, but there's a catch - you can only afford cards that are collectively valued the same or lower than the new value of the card you just played. It's a delicate balancing act, as you strive to control the Meta and outmaneuver your opponents. With two to four players and a playtime of just 20 to 45 minutes, CGT is the perfect game for a fun and frenetic evening with friends.
