Description
In 20 Strong: Solar Sentinels you step into a lone‑wolf sci‑fi adventure that feels like a solo movie night for board gamers. Designed by Josh J. Carlson in 2023, this slick expansion builds on the original 20 Strong engine and drops you into a deck‑driven galaxy where every draw could be a breakthrough or a setback. You’ll be rolling dice to fire up your Sentinel’s abilities, navigating a cascade of cards that tell a shifting story, and making tough tactical calls that keep the tension high even though you’re the only player at the table. The rules are a little dense, so expect a brief learning curve, but once you’re in the groove a 30‑to‑45‑minute session feels like a fast‑paced solo campaign you’ll want to replay again and again. If you love deep, thematic solo games that reward careful planning and a bit of luck, Solar Sentinels adds a fresh, high‑energy layer to the 20 Strong universe.
