With a simple set of rules that can be explained in no time, you'll be free to dive into the action, strategically managing your hand of cards to outmaneuver your foes. Each player chooses from one of four available civilizational decks, each packed with historically inspired units, resources, and special ability cards that will give you an edge on the battlefield. As you clash with your opponents, you'll draw cards, place units on the field, and launch attacks, all while trying to defend your Commander and take down your opponents' Lines of Defense. The game is full of twists and turns, with a Battlefield event deck that introduces common challenges for all players to overcome at the start of every turn. With up to 3 actions per turn, you can place units, move them between your Line of Offense and Defense, use Resource cards or Special Ability cards, or launch a direct attack on an opponent's Commander. The goal is simple: be the Last Commander standing, and you'll emerge victorious.
