Description

In Nicodemus, you and your opponent are vying to take the place of the retiring Nicodemus Gideon at the Dream Factory. This duel-style game is all about repairing machines and completing projects as quickly as possible to score points. With a playtime of 45 to 60 minutes, you'll need to think strategically and make the most of your actions to come out on top. The game's normal complexity makes it easy to learn for fans of board games, and its unique mechanics, such as Action/Event and Hand Management, will keep you on your toes. As you take turns, you'll have to choose between playing a machine card to earn resources or repair a machine to score points. The resources you produce can be used to complete projects and win even more points, and the machines you repair can be placed in your workshop to reduce the resources needed for future repairs. With the slightest mistake potentially being fatal to your chances, you'll need to stay focused and block your opponent's moves to emerge victorious. Set in the fantasy universe of Imaginarium, Nicodemus is a game of strategy and skill that will keep you engaged until the very end, when the first player to score 20 or more points is declared the winner.
