Description
In Tinners' Trail, you're a mining mogul in 19th century Cornwall, buying up plots of land and surveying them for tin and copper. You'll need to manage your work points and money carefully to extract the ore and turn a profit. As you dig deeper, costs rise, but you can reduce them by building developments like ports and train stations. With one to five players competing to make the most money, timing is everything - sell when prices are high and invest in industries outside of Cornwall to gain victory points. The earlier you invest, the better the return. With its mix of auctions, dice rolling, and market manipulation, Tinners' Trail is a challenging and engaging game of economic strategy, designed by Martin Wallace and updated for 2021 with new features and improved gameplay.
