Description

In The Manhattan Project, you're the leader of a nation's atomic weapons program, racing to build the biggest and best bombs. You'll assign workers to various projects, from building infrastructure to sending spies to steal rivals' research. With no rounds or end-of-round administration, you're in control of when to send out your workers and when to call them back. Careful management and strategy will determine the winner of this global power struggle. As you compete to build and operate the most effective atomic bomb program, you'll use a combination of worker placement, drafting, and take-that mechanics to outmaneuver your opponents. With the ability to launch conventional air strikes against facilities and engage in espionage to sabotage rivals, the game is full of twists and turns. Published in 2012, The Manhattan Project is a game of normal complexity that's easy to learn for experienced board game players, and its lack of necessary in-game text makes it accessible to players of all languages.
