Description
In Journey of the Emperor, players take on the role of organizers tasked with creating the ultimate experience for the emperor during the Qingming Festival. The goal is to provide the most desirable journey along the river, from the castle to the coast, by selecting and placing cards representing different parts of the festival. With easy-to-learn rules, 2 to 4 players can enjoy this game, which typically lasts around 30 minutes. Players must strategically organize their cards to score the most points, taking into account the combinations of Dragons, Pandas, Tigers, and Chows required by each scoring card. Additionally, hidden goals involving lanterns, animals, and castle combinations add an extra layer of complexity and excitement to the game.
