Description
Take a Penny is a quick and sneaky game for 2 to 4 players that's all about outsmarting your opponents. The game is simple to learn, with rules that can be explained in no time, but it's got a depth of strategy that'll keep you coming back for more. Players take turns secretly choosing actions, then revealing them all at once to see who gets to take the pennies. With simultaneous action selection and a healthy dose of bluffing, you'll need to stay one step ahead of your friends to come out on top. Do you take two pennies and risk getting blocked, or do you play it safe and try to fake out the others? The game is over in just 5 to 20 minutes, but it's packed with excitement and social interaction. Published in 2016 by designer Scott Mims, Take a Penny is a microgame that's easy to take with you wherever you go.
