Description

In the frozen north, a small river cruise company offers exotic tours to lucky tourists, and you're the tour guide trying to attract them to your boats. Riverside is a unique roll-and-write game where you'll navigate a modular board, planning ahead but being prepared for the dice to change your plans. Each round, you'll roll dice into a common pool and choose one to fill seats on your player sheet, trying to complete rows to sell group tickets and earn points. As you play, you'll need to make tough decisions about which rows to fill and when to use your limited fire symbols to attract freezing tourists. With five types of tourists to please and a "wild" northern lights die that everyone wants to see, the game requires strategic thinking and planning. With a playtime of just 15 to 25 minutes, Riverside is a quick and exciting game for 1 to 6 players that's easy to learn but challenging to master.
