Description
In the dark depths of the Deep kingdom, a mysterious world of trading and power struggles awaits in Abyss: Kraken. This expansion for the base game Abyss introduces new elements to the gameplay, including new Allies and Lord cards, location tiles, and Loot cards. With the help of mysterious Krakens, players trade NEBULIS, valuable black pearls that can accelerate their way to power, but beware of the risks of getting caught. Abyss: Kraken is easy to learn and can be played with 2 to 4 players in 30 to 60 minutes. Designed by Bruno Cathala and Charles Chevallier, this 2015 expansion adds a new layer of excitement to the base game, with mechanics like auction, hand management, and set collection. Players must navigate the dangers of the Deep kingdom, using their wits and strategy to emerge victorious, all while avoiding the terrible fate that awaits those who are caught with the coveted NEBULIS.
