Description
Lisboa is a game about rebuilding a city after a devastating earthquake, where players take on the role of nobility members influencing the reconstruction and business development of the new city. The game is set on a real map of downtown Lisbon, where players work with architects, the Marquis, and the King to build and develop the city. The goal is not fame or fortune, but to collect the most wigs, a symbol of status and power in that time. Players manage various resources, including influence, construction licenses, and money, to schedule hearings and get character favors. The game is driven by the wealth of the royal treasure, which is controlled by player actions, making each game a unique experience. With its complex rules and multiple mechanics, Lisboa offers a challenging and engaging experience for 1 to 4 players, lasting around 60 to 120 minutes.
