Description

In Battleground, you take on the role of a general, commanding a fantasy army of Men, Orcs, Elves, or other factions in a tactical wargame. With a point-based system, you muster your forces and deploy them on the battlefield, then give them orders and let the battle begin. As a general, you have limited control, making the game exciting and challenging. With a playtime of 60 minutes, Battleground is a game of strategy and resource management, where you spend Command Actions to change orders, take control of units, or use special abilities. The game's normal complexity makes it easy to learn for experienced board game players, and the use of cards instead of figures or models makes it a convenient and affordable option.
