Description

Imagine a world where the Middle East has erupted into conflict, and the West's oil supply is under threat. In Light Division, you're dropped into the midst of this chaos, where the US Rapid Deployment Force is racing to secure the Strait of Hormuz. As a player, you'll take on the challenge of commanding the 29th Light Division, tasked with taking and holding the Strait against the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. With the possibility of Soviet intervention looming, every move counts in this tense, modern warfare scenario. This advanced game is designed for 1 to 2 players, and with a playtime of around 240 minutes, you'll need to be prepared to dive in and strategize. The game's hexagon grid system adds a layer of complexity, but also allows for detailed, tactical gameplay. While the rules may take some time to learn, the payoff is worth it - with five scenarios to choose from, including varying levels of Soviet intervention, you'll have plenty of opportunities to test your skills and try out different approaches.
