Abstract Strategy
Description
In Dragon Face, a game of abstract strategy, two players face off in a battle of wits. Designed by Thierry Denoual and published in 2011, this game is easy to learn for those familiar with board games, with rules of normal complexity. The goal is simple: capture your opponent's Emperor to win. Each player starts with a set of pieces, including an Emperor, Ambassadors, and Governors, which move in unique ways. As players take turns, they can jump their opponent's pieces to capture them, adding them to their own collection. The playing area is a 9x7 space, surrounded by a "Sacrifice Zone" where pieces can be moved to make captures. With a playtime of just 20 minutes, Dragon Face is a quick and engaging game that's perfect for a fun, strategic challenge.
