Description

Wing Leader: Victories 1940-1942 is a game of intense daylight air battles where two players take on the roles of raiders and defenders. One side leads a force of bombers to their target, while the other side defends with fighters, trying to gain altitude and intercept the enemy. The game is played on a square grid, with players maneuvering their units vertically and along the path of the raid, using dice rolling and movement points to outmaneuver their opponent. As the Wing Leader, you must use your skills to gain height, exploit the sun and clouds for advantage, and mass or divide your formations to stop the enemy.
