Makiavelia is a strategic card game where 3 to 8 players compete for power and wealth, accumulating coins through a combination of building, attacking, and negotiating. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, players dive into a world of city building, civilization, and politics, set against a Napoleonic backdrop. Each round, players draw cards, construct their city, or launch attacks on others, using a variety of cards to influence the game. As players navigate the game's 50 to 70 minute playtime, they must form alliances, trade, and bluff their way to the top, all while managing their hand and worker placement. But beware, regimes are fleeting and yesterday's ally can become today's enemy, adding a layer of unpredictability to the game.
