Description
In The Artemis Project: First Contact, you're on a mission to unlock the secrets of the universe, and it all starts with deciphering an ancient tablet. As you roll the dice, you'll determine which laboratories to activate, and from there, the possibilities are endless. You might choose to invest in cloning, launch items into space, or focus on cracking the code of the Ancient tablet. Each action brings you closer to unlocking new planets, establishing a network of satellites, and ultimately, making contact with the unknown. As you build your intergalactic network, you'll have the opportunity to construct structures on the planets you've discovered, all with the goal of harvesting knowledge and accumulating points. With gameplay lasting anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes, you'll have to strategize and make the most of your 16 seasons to come out on top. Designed by Glenn Flaherty and published in 2022, The Artemis Project: First Contact is a game of normal complexity, making it accessible to anyone familiar with board games. Whether you're playing solo or with up to five friends, this game of dice rolling, network building, and space exploration is sure to be an exciting adventure.
