Description

In the charming region of Galicia, Spain, a rivalry is brewing between the neighboring towns of Carnota and Lira. The goal is to build the most impressive hórreo, a traditional raised granary, by collecting and strategically playing cards. With simple rules that can be learned quickly, this 20-minute game for two players is all about outsmarting your opponent. You'll use simultaneous action selection to try to get the upper hand, stealing plans, building your hórreo, or sabotaging your enemy's actions. The key to winning is to cleverly build your structure, making it the longest and most ornate, while keeping those pesky mice at bay. Designed by Pablo Dapena and released in 2021, Hórreos is a fun and competitive game that's perfect for a quick showdown with a friend.
