Description

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Slaughterhouse is a thrilling board game that drops 2 to 5 players into a desperate fight for survival. In this semi-cooperative game, one player takes on the role of the notorious Sawyer family, including Leatherface and other terrifying characters, who will stop at nothing to capture and harvest their victims for a gruesome barbecue. The other players, on the other hand, are the unfortunate trespassers who must work together to escape the clutches of the Sawyer family and make it out alive. As players navigate the game, they'll use action points to pick up and deliver items, complete scenarios, and missions, all while trying to outsmart the Sawyer family. With a playtime of 45 to 60 minutes, the game is long enough to be engaging, but short enough to keep the tension and suspense at a fever pitch. The game's normal complexity makes it easy for experienced board game players to jump in, and the achievement system allows players to unlock special cards that carry over from one game to the next, adding a layer of replayability to the game. Will you be able to survive the horrors of the Sawyer family's slaughterhouse, or will you become their next meal?
