Athens & Sparta is a strategic board game that drops you into the midst of the Peloponnesian War, a brutal conflict that pitted the wealthy and powerful Athens against the militaristic might of Sparta. As one of two players, you'll take on the role of either the Athenians, with their superior naval power, or the Spartans, with their formidable armies. Your goal is to control key city-states across the Grecian landscape, and the game's clever mechanics will keep you on your toes. With unit blocks that conceal their strength and type from your opponent, you'll need to use all your wits to outmaneuver them. As battles rage on, the blocks are rotated to reflect losses, adding a thrilling layer of uncertainty to the game.
