Description

Bitter End: Attack to Budapest, 1945, drops you into the midst of one of World War II's most intense battles, where 79,000 Axis troops are surrounded by Soviet forces in the Hungarian capital. The situation is dire, with the Germans steadily retreating and Budapest on the brink of falling. But then, on January 1st, the German IV SS and III Panzer Corps launch a surprise attack to rescue the defenders and recapture the city. As a player, you'll explore the what-ifs of this pivotal moment in history, navigating the challenges of rough terrain, Soviet reinforcements, and the pressures of wartime decision-making. In this operational-level simulation, you'll take on the role of a commander, making strategic decisions to outmaneuver your opponent and achieve your goals.
