Description

In the world of Wildlands, a new force has emerged to shake things up - The Adventuring Party. This fearless band of wanderers can be used to replace one of the existing factions, bringing a unique twist to the game with their special healing ability. This allows them to stay in the fight even when things seem dire, making them a formidable opponent. When playing as the adventuring party, the player gets to choose which locations to send their characters to, and can even heal their wounds with the help of Thom the Cleric. But that's not all - The Adventuring Party can also be used as an encounter, adding a whole new level of chaos to the game. At the start of the game, the party sets up on the board, and at the end of each player's turn, they take an action based on the character whose artwork is displayed on the top card of the deck. This can range from attacking other characters to stealing valuable loot, keeping players on their toes as they try to outmaneuver the adventuring party. With its normal complexity and playtime of 30 to 60 minutes, Wildlands: The Adventuring Party is a great addition to the Wildlands game, designed by Martin Wallace and published in 2019. It's perfect for 2 to 4 players looking to mix things up and add some excitement to their gameplay experience.
