Description

In Stories, a group of 3 to 10 friends gather to take turns telling tales to one another, with topics determined by a random card draw. The game is incredibly easy to learn, with simple rules that can be explained quickly, making it accessible to everyone. Published in 2013 by game designer Thomas Odenhoven, this base game is all about storytelling, a unique mechanic that sets it apart from other games. As players take turns telling their stories, the others try to guess which terms will be mentioned, scoring points for each correct prediction. But that's not all - they can also try to steer the story in their desired direction by asking questions, although this comes at a cost, as each question asked results in lost points.
