Description

In Hokito, a game of abstract strategy, you'll compete against your opponent to dominate the board and create valuable towers that will score you points at the end of the game. With easy-to-learn rules, you can dive right into the action, navigating a 6x6 grid with your 18 pieces, each marked with 1, 2, or 3. The goal is to move your pieces or stacks of pieces to land on top of others, controlling the board and building towers that will earn you the most points. As you take turns moving your pieces, the board will start to empty out, limiting your movement options and challenging you to think strategically. With each piece or stack worth a certain number of points, depending on the number of marks on the topmost piece and the number of pieces in the stack, you'll need to carefully plan your moves to outscore your opponent. Designed by Claude Leroy and published in 2020, Hokito is a quick and engaging game that can be played in as little as 6 minutes or as long as 20, making it perfect for a casual game night or a quick competition. With its simple yet strategic gameplay, Hokito is a great choice for fans of abstract strategy games looking for a fun and challenging experience.
