Description

In the charming medieval town of Noli, competition is always brewing among the merchant families of its four districts. Every year, they engage in a fierce regatta, racing their traditional Ligurian fishing boats to determine the best fishing spots for the upcoming season. But that's not all - these families also vie with each other to build the tallest, most impressive red-brick towers, symbols of their wealth and success. In the game Noli, 2 to 4 players take on the roles of these merchant families, secretly bidding on actions and racing against each other in real-time to gain the upper hand. As players roll dice to simulate the regatta, they'll need to think strategically about how to allocate their resources and outmaneuver their opponents. The winner of the race gets to draw from the best deck of fish cards, while others are left with less desirable options - and unexpected events like saracen attacks or storms can throw a wrench into even the best-laid plans. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of just 45 to 60 minutes, Noli is a thrilling and unpredictable game that's perfect for families and friends looking for a fun and challenging experience. Will you be the first to build six tower floors, or will you emerge victorious with the most impressive tower of all - there's only one way to find out.
