In En Garde, 2 to 6 players engage in a thrilling fencing match, where style and skill are just as important as strength. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, you'll be dueling in no time. The goal is to outmaneuver your opponents while maintaining your poise points, which track how well you're looking on the dueling field. As you fence, you can play cards to enhance your attacks or defend against your opponents, using moves like parrying or strong arming to gain the upper hand. You can also use items and weapons to affect the game, and regain poise points by tidying up your appearance. With a playtime of just 45 minutes, En Garde is a fast-paced and fun game that's perfect for a quick duel with friends.
