Description

Forbidden Island is a cooperative board game where 2 to 4 players work together to win, a refreshing change from the usual competitive games. Designed by Matt Leacock, this 2010 game is easy to learn and can be played in just 30 minutes. Players take turns moving their pawns around the island, which is built by arranging beautifully screen-printed tiles before play begins. As the game progresses, the island starts to sink, and players must use their strategies to collect treasures and items while keeping the island afloat. With its modular board, variable player powers, and multiple levels of difficulty, Forbidden Island offers huge replay value. The game's physical components are also noteworthy, with durable cards, well-crafted plastic treasure pieces, and wooden pawns. The island tiles are particularly impressive, with vibrant colors and unique images. Whether you're playing with two or four players, Forbidden Island is a fun and challenging game that's suitable for players of almost any age.
