Description

In Count Leery, a quick-thinking card game for 3 to 5 players, the goal is to collect as few cards as possible. The twist is that the rules for indicating numbers change each game, keeping you on your toes. Before the game starts, you decide which rules to use, such as speaking in Japanese or English, using your fingers, or clapping, and associate them with colored cards. On each turn, you reveal a card and must quickly indicate its number in the correct way. If you succeed, the next player goes, but if you fail, you collect the card and all face-up cards, along with a bit of shame. The game is fast-paced, lasting only 15 minutes, and the player with the fewest cards at the end wins. With simple rules and a dash of unpredictability, Count Leery is a fun and engaging game that's easy to learn and play.
