Description

In Warp-Lancer, you take on the role of a space captain for hire, entrusted with a critical mission to deliver vital information to the Federation headquarters before the Devot's armada destroys what's left of society. As a solo player, you'll navigate through 5 treacherous sectors, making tough decisions and managing your resources carefully to keep your crew alive and your ship intact. With a playtime of 90 to 180 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the game's rich science fiction world, exploring new planets and encountering unexpected events. As you exit light-speed warp, you'll draw a Beacon card to determine what challenges or opportunities lie ahead, and then roll a die to resolve the outcome. You'll need to balance your energy levels, currency, missile ammunition, warp fuel, and crew to overcome the obstacles in your path. Along the way, you can scavenge for new weapons and systems to upgrade your ship, giving you a better chance of survival. With its unique blend of action, event, and card play conflict resolution, Warp-Lancer offers a thrilling adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat until you finally face off against the enemy's flagship in the ultimate showdown.
