Description
In the world of Cóatl, players compete to create the most beautiful and valuable serpents, called Cóatl, to win the favor of the gods and become the new Aztec High Priest. The game is easy to learn, making it accessible to players of all skill levels, and can be enjoyed by 1 to 4 players in 30 to 60 minutes. Designed by Pascale Brassard and Etienne Dubois-Roy, Cóatl combines abstract strategy and puzzle elements, challenging players to collect and manage tiles to build their serpents. As players take turns collecting tiles and constructing their Cóatl, they must strategically fulfill objectives to earn points. The game ends when one player completes their third Cóatl, and the player with the most points is declared the winner. With its unique blend of contract fulfillment, hand management, and pattern building, Cóatl offers a fun and engaging experience for players looking for a challenging and rewarding game.
