Description

In Metro, 2 to 6 players compete to build the longest rail lines possible by placing square tiles onto the board. The goal is to connect trains to stations, scoring points for each tile the route crosses, with city connections in the center of the board worth double. The game is easy to learn, and with a playtime of just 30 minutes, it's perfect for a quick gaming session. Designed by Dirk Henn and first published in 1997, Metro offers a unique twist on traditional train games. With no necessary in-game text, it's accessible to players of all languages. As players build their rail lines, they'll need to think strategically about how to maximize their scores, making for a fun and engaging experience. With its simple rules and fast-paced gameplay, Metro is a great choice for anyone looking for a lighthearted and entertaining board game.
