As a roll-and-write-and-move game, Sunshine City is all about strategic movement and resource management, with each turn bringing new opportunities to upgrade your buildings and create new technology. Each turn, you'll roll two dice and move your workers - builder, inventor, or lobbyist - to gain resources and build your city.
