In The Doge Ship, you'll take on the role of a skilled shipbuilder in 16th century Venice, tasked with constructing a new state ship for the Doge. You'll compete with other players to build parts of the ship, earn victory points, and gain the favor of the Doge. But it's not just about building the ship - you'll also need to construct gondolas to earn money and barriers to protect the shipyard and city from high water effects. With only five actions per round, you'll need to manage your resources carefully and make strategic decisions about how to allocate your time and money. The cost of actions can change from round to round, and the Doge's demands can shift, adding an extra layer of challenge to the game. Will you emerge victorious and gain the Doge's favor, or will your competitors outmaneuver you?
