Description
The Normandy Campaign is a two-player game that drops you into the intense fighting in Normandy following the Allied D-Day landings of June 6, 1944. With two identical maps, one for each player, the game is full of hidden movement and secret unit deployment, keeping you on your toes as you navigate the hexagon grid. Each turn represents three days, with movement and combat phases that require strategic thinking and a bit of luck, thanks to the dice rolling mechanic. As you move your units into enemy territory, you'll need to decide when to reveal your strength and when to hold back, all while managing supply, fortifications, and air power. With a playtime of 240 minutes, this game is a significant investment, but the complexity is manageable for experienced board game players. The goal is to liberate cities or exit the west edge of the map, and with multiple scenarios to play through, you'll want to come back for more.
