Description

Privateer is a thrilling pirate-themed board game where 3 to 6 players embark on a journey to become the most infamous captain on the Caribbean high seas. With easy-to-learn rules, players can quickly dive into the world of piracy, buying, selling, and stealing cargo to increase their reputation. The goal is to be the first captain to amass 20 Infamy points, a measure of their fearsome and clever abilities. In this 45-minute game, players can improve their captain's prowess and increase their infamy through upgrades and powerful Relic cards. With variable player powers and a pick-up and deliver mechanic, each game is unique and exciting. Designed by Rick Barnes and published in 2016, Privateer offers a fun and engaging experience for players to test their pirate skills and become the most legendary captain of all time.
