Description

Ubongo: Duel is a fast-paced puzzle game designed for two players, where you compete to solve the same puzzle with the same tiles faster than your opponent. The rules are easy to learn, making it accessible to players of all skill levels. With no necessary in-game text, language is no barrier to enjoying this game. Each player receives 21 puzzle tiles and a stack of puzzle sheets, and rolls a 20-sided die to determine which tiles to use in each round. The goal is to solve each puzzle sheet as quickly as possible by laying down the appropriate tiles, and the first player to do so gets to yell "Ubongo!" and move their pawn forward on the scoring track. The game is won by the first player to win five Ubongo duels, and with playtime ranging from 15 to 40 minutes, it's a great option for a quick and challenging game.
