In Merchants of Dunhuang, you're a powerful merchant looking to increase your influence in a bustling city on the Great Silk Road. With the help of the local people, you'll gather supplies and goods to sell and become the most prestigious merchant. The game is easy to learn and plays out over 20 to 35 minutes with 2 to 4 players. You'll navigate a modular board, using hand management and set collection to get ahead. As you move your camel through the city, you'll pick up goods cards and use character skills to build your shop and warehouse. The goal is to collect majority tokens and goods with the highest values. The game ends when no more cards are in the deck or when a player has four different goods and four majority tokens, winning immediately.
