Description
In Black Vienna, a classic game from 1987, players take on the role of detectives trying to uncover the identities of three hidden spies. With 27 possible suspects, represented by lettered cards, the game is full of twists and turns. Three cards are removed at the start, and the remaining cards are dealt out to the 3 to 6 players, who then take turns gathering information from each other. As players ask for clues, they use a clever paper-and-pencil mechanic to share information, placing chips on cards to indicate how many of the letters match their own secret collection. The first player to correctly deduce the identities of the three missing spies wins the game, which typically takes about 60 minutes to play. With its normal complexity level, Black Vienna is easy to learn for fans of board games, making it a great choice for a fun and challenging game night.
