Description

In the world of science, quarks are the smallest of particles, but studying them is no easy feat. They can't be found alone, only in groups or exotic particles like the Pentaquark. In the game Pentaquark, you're on a mission to help science out by collecting the five quarks that make up this particle at a massive particle collider's detector. It's a solo challenge that's easy to learn, but requires strategic thinking to master. With a playtime of just 15 to 30 minutes, Pentaquark is a quick but intense puzzle to solve. You'll need to move the right cards to the detector, discard others to bring them back as anti-quarks, and try to minimize the quarks that get scattered and lost. If too many cards disappear, the Pentaquark will slip away undetected, and you'll have to try again. Designed by Mike Mullins and first published in 2016, Pentaquark is a unique and engaging card game that's perfect for fans of science fiction and puzzle games.
