Villagers of the Oak Dell is a fun and dynamic roll-and-write game where you get to build and develop your own village from scratch. With easy-to-learn rules, you can dive right in and start constructing roads, structures, and expanding your population, all while competing to create the most magnificent settlement. But beware, marauders can strike at any moment, so you'll need to be prepared to defend your village. The game is designed for 1 to 100 players, making it perfect for solo play or a large group of friends, and each playthrough lasts around 20 to 40 minutes. As you play through the 12 rounds, you'll roll dice, assign them to different sections on your sheet, and use the resources to build and grow your village. You can construct buildings, mine for precious resources, and even recruit knights to protect your village from those pesky marauders. With opportunities to acquire additional resources and trigger special actions, every round is exciting and full of possibilities. At the end of the game, you'll tally up your points, earned from building structures, gathering resources, and achieving other goals, to see who's created the most impressive village.
