In The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Deck-Building Game, you'll embark on a thrilling adventure as one of the brave heroes from Middle-earth, including Aragorn, Legolas, and Frodo. With a basic ten-card deck to start, you'll add new, powerful cards as you progress, using power as your currency to buy stronger cards and defeat the forces of the Dark Lord Sauron. Your goal is to destroy The One Ring by delivering it to Mount Doom, while navigating the challenges of the Journey of the Ring map. As you play, you'll craft your deck into a well-oiled machine, acquiring six types of cards, including Enemies, Allies, and Locations. With each card having a Victory Point value, the player with the most points at the end wins. This easy-to-learn game is perfect for 2 to 5 players and can be played in just 45 minutes, making it an exciting and accessible experience for fans of the Lord of the Rings series and deck-building games alike.
