Description
In Stop Thief, you and up to three other players take on the role of licensed private detectives trying to catch a computer-controlled thief. The thief is invisible, but you can track them down using the electronic crime scanner, which provides sound effects and clues to their location. With 19 different locations where the thief can commit a crime, you'll need to use your skills of deduction and logic to follow the thief and corner them. As you track the thief, you'll hear sounds like creaking doors, breaking glass, and crime alarms, which will help you narrow down their location. You can also use sleuth cards to get hot tips or extra cash to aid in your pursuit. The first detective to earn $2500 in reward money wins the game, so you'll need to be quick and clever to catch the thief before your opponents do.
