Description

In Western Legends: Showdown, the wild west comes alive in a strategic card game designed for two players. This 2023 release from game designer Erwann Ricord is set in the same universe as the Western Legends board game, but don't worry if you're new to the series - the simple rules can be explained quickly, getting you into the action in no time. With a playtime of just 20 to 30 minutes, you can saddle up and face off against your opponent in a thrilling duel for control of a small far west town. As you play, you'll select three locations from seven available, each with its own rules for gaining cards. On your turn, you can choose to pass or play a card, using its special powers to outmaneuver your opponent and gain the upper hand. With hand management and conflict resolution key to success, you'll need to analyze your opponent's moves and lay traps to unleash devastating combos. The player with the highest total value of won cards at the end of the game is declared the winner, so it's time to get tactical and show your opponent who's boss in this rootin'-tootin' card game showdown.
