Description

In the tile-laying game Isle of Skye: From Chieftain to King, 2-5 players take on the roles of chieftains of famous clans, aiming to build their kingdoms and score as many points as possible. The game's unique twist is that only four of the sixteen scoring tiles will be scored in each game, making every playthrough different and requiring adaptable tactics and strategies. Managing resources is key, as players must balance their finances while building their kingdoms. Each turn, players place two area tiles and set a selling price, but beware - if no one buys, the seller must purchase the tiles at their own set price. The goal is to create the best kingdom, not just accumulate wealth, and the player who succeeds becomes the sovereign of the island. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of just 30-50 minutes, Isle of Skye: From Chieftain to King is an engaging and challenging experience for 2-5 players.
