Description
Psychomachia is a strategic card game that's all about collecting and commanding the seven deadly sins and seven heavenly virtues. Designed by Ronald Halliday and published in 2015, this game is easy to learn and can be played with 2 to 4 players in about 30 to 75 minutes. In Psychomachia, you'll throw tokens to determine how many virtuous and sinful actions you can perform each turn, which will let you place cards on the table, move them to heaven, earth, and hell, and summon the powers of the virtues and sins. The goal is to be the first player to get all seven virtues into heaven or all seven sins into hell, using a combination of Sin/Virtue cards, Heavenly Virtue cards, Deadly Sin cards, and Fate wildcards. Along the way, you can use the special powers of the virtues and sins in your possession to get ahead or sabotage your opponents. With its unique blend of action points, hand management, and set collection mechanics, Psychomachia is a game that requires strategic thinking and a bit of luck. Whether you're playing with friends or family, Psychomachia is a fun and engaging game that's sure to provide hours of entertainment.
