Description

In Franchise, you and your friends get to live out the American Dream, building businesses and expanding your influence across the country. The game is set in the 1960s, and you'll start with a small business, like a car rental company, diner, or coffee shop. As you grow your company, you'll add branches in new towns and cities, increasing your income and clout. The goal is to become the most influential entrepreneur in the game, and the player with the greatest reach across the different regions will come out on top. The game is designed to be easy to learn, so you can jump right in and start building your business empire. With two to five players, you'll have plenty of competition to keep things interesting. The game takes about 90 minutes to play, which is just enough time to get fully invested in your business ventures. As you play, you'll use a variety of mechanics, like area majority and route building, to outmaneuver your opponents and grow your influence. The economic themes of the game will keep you thinking strategically, as you balance income and expansion to achieve success. With its engaging gameplay and American Dream theme, Franchise is a great choice for anyone who enjoys economic games or is looking for a fun, competitive experience. First released in 2018, the game has already spawned two expansions, Franchise: Queenie 1 – Milestones & Boom and Franchise: Queenie 2 – Rewards, which can add even more depth and variety to the game. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just looking for a new challenge, Franchise is a great choice for anyone who wants to build a business empire and come out on top.
