Description

In Tend, you'll embark on a journey to build and manage your own thriving farm, collecting a diverse range of goods to send back for study. This game is all about simultaneous action selection, where every player uses the same deck of action cards to take actions on their own sheet, making each round a unique and exciting experience. As the game progresses, new cards are added to the shared deck, changing the available actions and keeping you on your toes. With a playtime of 60 to 90 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to get immersed in the world of farming and animal care, but be warned, the game rules can be a bit complicated, so be prepared to spend some time learning the ropes. As you tend to your farm, you'll earn victory points for collecting badges, completing season objectives, being a good neighbor, and filling up your cargo manifest with goods. The player with the most victory points at the end of the game wins, so you'll need to balance your actions carefully to come out on top. With support for 1 to 6 players, Tend is a great game for solo players or large groups, and its unique blend of action/event, chaining, grid coverage, and paper-and-pencil mechanics makes it a standout in the world of board games. Designed by Max Anderson, Zac Dixon, Austin Harrison, and Toby Sarnelle, and published in 2025, Tend is a fresh and exciting take on the farming genre, and is sure to delight fans of animals and farming alike.
