The 7th Continent: The Crystal's Song is an exciting expansion to the base game, offering a fresh set of challenges and game modes to spice up your adventure. The game is designed for 1 to 4 players, making it perfect for solo explorers or groups of friends looking for a cooperative experience. The normal complexity of the game rules means that fans of board games will have no trouble learning and jumping into the action. This expansion introduces several alternative game modes that will test your skills and keep you on your toes. You can try the introductory curse, which uses new crystal discovery cards to offer a unique experience, or opt for Prodigy mode, where your explorers start with extra action cards to give them an edge. If you're feeling brave, you can even try Immortal Mode, where you can cheat death itself, or "There is a traitor among us!" Mode, where you'll have to navigate the dangers of betrayal and deception.
