Description

Get ready to refight one of the greatest campaigns in history with Holdfast: EastFront 1941-45, a game of strategy and skill for 1 to 2 players. As the German or Russian player, you'll maneuver your forces across a large hard-mounted game map, using blocks with labels as military units to outmaneuver your opponent. The German player must push rapidly east, trying to capture key cities like Leningrad, Moscow, and Stalingrad, while the Russian player must withstand these attacks and marshal their forces for a counterattack. With easy-to-learn rules and gameplay that can last from 60 to 300 minutes, Holdfast: EastFront 1941-45 offers a fun and challenging experience for fans of wargames and World War II history. The game includes new units that appear later in the war, such as Russian Air and SS units, and comes with several scenarios to play through, allowing you to explore different what-if scenarios and see if you can change the course of history.
