Party Game, Word Game
Description
In FauxCabulary, players get to be creative and come up with new words for things that don't have a name, using randomly drawn word segment dice. The game is simple to learn and can be explained quickly, making it easy for 3 to 7 players to jump in and start playing. Each round, one player takes on the role of Wordmeister, reading out a card with a description like "The compulsion to pop bubblewrap", and the other players try to come up with the best word to match. Players use their word cubes to create a word, like "BustOIfic", and the Wordmeister awards the card to the player who comes up with the word that best fits the description. The game is fast-paced, lasting around 20 to 30 minutes, and is all about having fun and being clever with words. Designed by Matthew Nuccio and published in 2011, FauxCabulary is a great party game for anyone who loves words and laughter.
